Meet the Owner, Carla Anguiano – Anguiano RCM Billing & Consulting
After a successful career in Revenue Cycle Management, I took a leap of faith and founded Anguiano RCM Billing & Consulting. Driven by a passion for improving healthcare reimbursement, I set out to help physicians increase revenue through accurate coding, strategic billing practices, and aggressive denial management.
With a strong background in problem-solving and legal-level claims research, I’ve consistently helped practices identify gaps and implement improvements that result in faster, higher reimbursements. My attention to detail and deep understanding of insurance policy guidelines and state regulations has enabled me to recover significant revenue that would have otherwise been lost.
Having worked with surgeons and specialists for years, I witnessed firsthand the unfair disparity between their life-saving work and the low reimbursements they receive. Insurance companies often delay or deny payments, despite patients paying increasingly high premiums. That’s why my mission is to recover as much as possible from the insurance companies before any balance is billed to patients.
